Our Relocation Department welcomes your employees in optimal conditions and accompanies them during their installation and accommodation search. We offer integrated services in packages or "à la carte" to facilitate the life of your talents: coordination of the move, negotiation/termination of the lease, etc.

Reconnaissance trip
Prior to their installation or choice of residence, we offer your employee and his family a reconnaissance trip to enable them to better understand their new living environment and successfully integrate:

Search for temporary housing
It is not uncommon to go through a transitional phase before your employee finds the ideal place to settle down. We accompany him/her in the search for temporary housing, with the objective of reducing the time and costs spent on this transition period.

We have a network of reliable partners specialized in furniture rental. To save time, we can manage the rental quote requests, for the long term or a few weeks, while the move is being carried out.
Coordination of the move
To provide a smooth move for your employees, our relocation services include Move Management. We supervise the moves through our network of international partners.
We offer the number of movers' quotes that your IM policy requires. In France, we benefit from the network and the expertise of the Seegmuller group on the whole national territory. Your employees' belongings are taken care of by a moving specialist until they are received at home.
Departure assistance
Our assistance extends to the departure of your employees. We accompany them in all the steps preceding the departure, in a logic of cost optimization:
- Termination of the lease and the various subscription contracts related to the accommodation
- Accompaniment during the inventory of fixtures and inventory (if furnished accommodation)
